Returns at LEFÉE

At LEFÉE, we strive for satisfied customers. If your order isn't exactly what you expected, you can easily return it.

Step 1:
Within 14 days of receiving your order, please complete the contact form on our website under " Contact ." Please include your order number and the reason for return (optional).

Step 2:
You will receive the return instructions and return address by email within 24 hours .
Pack the product carefully, preferably in the original packaging.

Step 3:
Return the package to the specified return address. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.

Step 4:
Once we have received and checked the product in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 5 working days .

Important conditions

-The product must be unused and in original condition .
-Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (such as opened beauty tools or accessories) will not be taken back.
-Always keep your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.
