1. How long does delivery take?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your Track & Trace code . This allows you to track your package via the carrier's website.
4. Can I return my order?
Yes! At LEFÉE you have 14 days' reflection period . You can easily return your order as long as the product unused and in original packaging sit.

5. Who pays the return costs?
Return costs are at your own expense, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
6. How quickly will I get my money back after a return?
As soon as we have received and checked your return, you will receive the purchase amount. 5 working days refunded to your account.
7. What if my product is damaged or defective?
